Please make sure the batteries are correctly built in. After the receivers are put in, please wait for a while. Then press ‘ESC+K’ on the keyboard and ‘Left+Middle+Right’ on the mouse at the same time.Sometimes, you have to press ‘ESC+K’ on the keyboard and ‘Middle+Right’ on the mouse due to different telechips.
Delux keyboard has intelligent power-saving function to extend the battery life. Don’t worry.
1. Make sure the device is turned on. 2. Please plug the receiver into the USB port. 3. If your computer can not recognize the receiver, please re-plug it. 4. Check the battery whether is installed correctly or not. 5. Maybe happen to a low battery, please change a new one.
Please check the battery compartment in the bottom of mouse, for more efficient to deal with the space, we design to make the USB taked-in the battery compartment. So if you could find your USB receiver, Please check the battery compartment.
If the low battery indicator blinks, please put in a new battery.
